Rachel’s entire personality is that she’s short. She can’t reach things, can’t see over things, and can’t get on any rides at Thorpe Park without a strategic hairdo and thick-soled trainers. She compensates for her height with sheer volume, her Leeds accent carrying over three postcodes and through most double glazing.
Her main shtick is being permanently dissatisfied with absolutely everything, from the size of her cappuccino foam to the existence of the Royal Family. She has the energy of someone who could start a fight in a silent library, and she’s intensely proud of it.
These drawings were created in the process of creating my book 'Margarets Got Beef With Number 26' (also available here). Each one is an original and comes with a copy of their character tale and sent in an embossed envelope.
