Roger - Original Ink Drawing (with character tale)
3.5” x 2.5” (ACEO) ink on textured card
Roger prefers his own company. Always has. That’s why he chose to live alone in the woods, far from the noise and nonsense of community. He imagined the occasional child passing through with a basket of baked goods for Granny, or a trio of pigs looking for somewhere to build a house. Instead, his peace has been shattered by Lycra-clad walking groups shouting about heart rates, smug dog walkers with retractable leads tangled around their ankles, and those unbearable types with bikes with an attachment full of screaming toddlers wearing miniature helmets like they’re storming Normandy.
These drawings were created in the process of creating my book 'Margarets Got Beef With Number 26' (also available here). Each one is an original and comes with a copy of their character tale and sent in an embossed envelope.
