By day, Nickolai works in customer service, where his hatred of people simmers quietly beneath a brittle smile. Off the clock, he dreams of opening an ethical egg café and living in Hampstead, where his primary companions will be a flock of free-range hens and his own relentless sense of superiority about how dried fruit should be outlawed.
